Client review request email
The first review email has one job: get the client to open the link and answer the question. It should say what the file is, what decision you need and when, without repeating the whole brief.
When to use it
Send when a new version is ready for client review and the decision maker has been confirmed.

Questions
Should the email list every change?
No. The review link holds the version and the comments. The email should introduce the decision, not repeat the whole design rationale.
Should I send the file as an attachment too?
Only if the client asks. Two channels create two sets of comments and two versions to reconcile.
What if the client forwards the link?
Decide whether the link is personal or shareable. If the client needs a colleague to review, invite that person from the tool or send a project link with the right permissions.
