Version control
Version control is the practice of giving every design iteration a clear version number and keeping the previous versions available. It includes the file naming, the change history and the link to the comments.
Why it matters
Without version control, the studio and the client can review different files and approve the wrong one. A version number is the simplest protection.
Example
The studio uploads v1, v2 and v3 to the same project, keeps v1 and v2 read-only and sends the client the v3 link.
