Glossary
Revision round
A revision round is one pass of client feedback followed by one studio revision. The feedback should be consolidated by the client's decision maker, and the round ends when the studio uploads the next version.
Why it matters
A defined round protects the schedule and the fee. An open-ended stream of comments is not a round; it is an unbounded edit.
Example
The client sends one consolidated set of comments on Monday, the studio uploads v3 on Thursday and the round closes.
