Turnaround
Review turnaround is the elapsed time between the studio sending a proof and the client returning comments or a decision. It can be measured in calendar days or working days.
Why it matters
The turnaround is part of the project schedule. A deadline that ignores the reviewers' available time is a deadline the studio will miss.
Example
The studio sends the proof on Monday and asks for a decision by Friday, giving the three reviewers four working days.
