Client review
A client review is the stage where the client reviews a design proof, leaves comments and decides whether to approve or request changes. It should have a named decision maker and a deadline.
Why it matters
The client review is the studio's most visible moment. A calm, clear review makes the studio look organised; a confusing one makes every project harder.
Example
The client opens the review link on a phone, comments on three pages and approves the version after the studio resolves the comments.
