Does the tool count weekends?
It counts Monday to Friday only. It does not know the studio's holidays or the client's non-working days, so adjust the dates for those.
What if the reviewers are in different timezones?
The working-day count is calendar-based. Add a day for a reviewer in a timezone that is a full day ahead, or set the deadline in the client's timezone.
How many minutes per file should I use?
Use the studio's own history. A simple layout may take 10 minutes; a dense packaging proof or a long brochure can take 30 or more.
