Questions
Why use underscores between the parts?
Underscores separate the fields, while hyphens stay inside a slug. The result is easier to read and easier to split when a script or a person sorts the files.
Does the tool handle spaces and accents?
Yes. It lowercases the text, removes accents and replaces spaces and punctuation with hyphens.
Where should the studio use the name?
Use the same name for the review version, the print PDF and the archive. The review link and the approval record can carry the same version label.
