Design client kickoff email
A kickoff call is only useful if the decisions survive the call. This email confirms the goal, the audience, the deliverables, the rounds, the decision maker and the dates in one place.
When to use it
Send within one business day of the kickoff call, before the first design work starts.

Questions
What should a kickoff summary include?
The goal, audience, deliverables, rounds, decision maker, reviewers and key dates. Add the assets the client needs to send.
What if the client does not reply?
Treat the summary as the working agreement after the correction date. Put the important terms in the engagement letter as well.
Should the kickoff email include the price?
The proposal and the engagement letter carry the price. The kickoff summary can refer to them without repeating the full commercial terms.
